Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Bookify subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your billing period
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- You are responsible for canceling before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method in 3-7 business days
3. Free Plan
For users on our Free plan:
- No payment is required, and you can stop using the service at any time
- Usage limits apply as specified in our pricing page
- Upgrading to a paid plan will immediately grant access to additional features
4. Paid Plans (Starter & Growth)
For users on our paid plans:
- Starter ($10/month or ₹850/month) and Growth ($50/month or ₹4250/month) plans are billed monthly
- Plan changes take effect immediately
- Upgrading will result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Downgrading will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
5. Enterprise Plans
For Enterprise customers:
- Custom cancellation and refund terms as specified in your service agreement
- Please contact your account manager or our support team for specific details
- Special terms may apply based on your contract
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Bookify account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select 'Subscription'
- Click on 'Cancel Subscription'
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

7. Data Retention
After cancellation:
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription
- You can request a data export during this period
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
